यह रस खुराक सामग्री का उपयोग कार्बन स्रोत के रूप में भी किया जाता है, जो सुनहरे रंग का खिलता है. यह रस खुराक क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?
- यह अपने शुरुआती चरण में बीज के लिए जीवित भोजन देता है.
- यहपारदर्शिता को कम करता है इसलिए तल में फिलामेंटस शैवाल के विकास को रोकता है.
- यहतालाब में पीएच को कम करने में भी मदद करता है.

Fermentation juice (Rice-bran) is the source of organic carbon for the bloom development. This fermented material also used as carbon source giving a golden colour bloom which was important for following reasons:
- It gives live food for the stocked seeds in the early stages.
- It lowers the transparency so prevents growth of filamentous algae in the bottom.
- It also helps in lowering of pH in pond.
