Return and Refund policy

1 Refunds 

1.1 Returns 

Aquaconnect has a 30-days returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refund cannot be processed for the products if they are used partially or seal got broken by the customer.

All goods purchased from Aquaconnect.in are returnable. However, Giftcards and reward coins or cash are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

1.2 Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. 

If your refund got approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business working days. 

1.3 Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aquaconnect.blue and send your item to:

Once we received the returned item, we will ship the replacement item within 24-48 hours.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If the particular item is not available/out of stock, we will process the complete refund to the customer.

1.4 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.

If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft or Bank transfer/NEFT based on customer request.

 If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.

1.5 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 2 Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping

Return shipping charges will be credited to customer account or provided as a gift card to the customer which can be used to purchase the products in aquaconnect.in. Return shipping charges will be applicable to only if damage/defective item was delivered by us.

However, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items if the item was not delivered damaged/defective.

2.2 Shipping costs (Delivery charge)

Customers are exempted from paying the delivery charge based on the promotional offers/seasonal offers rolled out from aquaconnect.in

Except magazines/e-copies, we collect shipping charges for delivery of physical products and varies with respect to quantity, product type, and delivery location. Estimated shipping charges shall be shown to your at the time of checkout except some items. You can reach our toll-free assistance 1800 123 1263 to get clarity if you notice any delivery charges that was not shown during check out.

2.3 Shipping methods and delivery times

 We shall use our courier partners or any third-party couriers to deliver your order. Post-shipping from aquaconnect.in either through our courier or third party, you will be notified of your order tracking number to your email/SMS to your phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Our standard delivery time frame is 2-5 business days in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and 3-7 business days in other parts of India. We mentioned the maximum delivery time and we obliged to deliver your order at the earliest possible with available transportation facilities/or stocks. The estimated delivery time may differ accordingly based on the assigned courier/location/Govt. regulations. We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay/incase of returning an order to your email/SMS to your phone number provided at the time the order was made.

2.4 Shipping restrictions

2.4.1 Undeliverable package

We attempt to insist to deliver your package through all means, however, in unexpected cases your package may be undelivered because of the following possibilities:

  • Wrong/incorrect address/unclear address/failure in locating the customer
  • Transit damage/lost
  • Failure in payments/acceptance of the delivery

All undeliverable packages will be returned to Aquaconnect.in hubs and refunds for prepaid orders will be processed for your order on post-arrival.

We will notify you if their order could not be delivered to your email/SMS to your phone number provided at the time the order was made.

2.4.2 Missing or lost package

 Customer can claim for refund/replacement if the order failed to receive post completion of the standard delivery window.

If the customer finds any missing parts/items, we will replace/full refund for the order after submitting the required proof/and returning the item.

2.4.3 Return and exchange information

we will attempt to notify you once return/replacement/refund has been processed by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Refer the section 1.5 for more info on exchange items and 1.1 for detail on returns.
